Oura Ring 4 Ceramic: Refined Elegance Meets Everyday Durability
Oura Ring 4 Ceramic is a smart ring made from high-performance zirconia ceramic—a material prized in fine jewelry for its durability, lightweight comfort, and biocompatibility. Meticulously shaped and fortified using a time-honored ceramic firing process that strengthens the material and delivers a smooth, polished finish, the Ceramic Collection is designed to stand up to daily life while blending style and function. Its four distinctive colors—Tide, Petal, Cloud, and Midnight —were inspired by traditional ceramics around the world and chosen to complement a wide range of skin tones and personal styles, enhancing self-expression while delivering all of the innovative Smart Sensing capabilities of Oura Ring 4. Unlike painted or coated finishes, the color is created with minerals inherent to the ceramic material itself, ensuring the color remains rich and vibrant without fading over time.
“Oura Ring sits at the intersection of technology, health, jewelry, fashion, and industrial design,” said Miklu Silvanto, chief design officer at ŌURA. “Ceramic is a remarkable material that gives us the freedom to explore form, color, and texture in a way that feels deeply personal. By merging tradition with innovation and pairing it with the most advanced technology, we’ve created a ring that is as sophisticated in its design as it is in function—refined, enduring, and distinctive. Our goal is to make this wearable technology as beautiful and expressive as the jewelry we cherish.”
Oura Ring 4 Ceramic comes with a Ceramic Polishing Pad, gifted with purchase, that easily shines Oura Ring 4 Ceramic by wiping off scuffs that may be left behind by softer, less-tough metals, like those found in dumbbells or cookware.
Building on Ceramic: New Tools for a More Flexible ŌURA Experience
To complement the Ceramic Collection, ŌURA is making it easier for members to integrate Oura Ring into their lives, no matter their style, schedule, or location:
Health Panels: Adding Deeper, Preventative-Health Insights
ŌURA is expanding its role in preventative health by pairing meaningful cardiometabolic blood biomarkers with the continuous insights of Oura Ring. For just $99, members can link 50 biomarkers to their daily patterns in sleep, readiness, and activity, easily re-testing at a cadence aligned to their health goals. This integration, building on the data ŌURA already collects with Stelo Glucose Biosensor, offers members peace of mind by showing how their choices in nutrition, exercise, and stress directly shape their long-term health.
This experience is supported by Quest Diagnostics (NYSE DGX) through a unique platform that allows Quest results to appear within the Oura App. This platform also enables Oura Members to schedule their labs in-app. Oura Members can enter a zip code in the Oura App to schedule a blood draw at approximately 2,000 conveniently located Quest labs across the United States. Tests are ordered and reviewed by a licensed clinician. Results are delivered directly in the Oura App, where a human-centered design makes results clear and easy to understand by highlighting the most important markers and trends. This format gives Oura Members meaningful insights and peace of mind, not information overload. The interplay between blood biomarkers and Oura Ring data can reveal patterns and connections among lifestyle, behaviors, and underlying health trends that might otherwise go unnoticed.
ŌURA goes beyond tracking by making lab results actionable with Oura Advisor. Members can ask simple, practical questions—like, “What does my A1C of 5.7% mean?,” or, “How can I improve my cholesterol profile?”—and receive clear explanations, personalized tips, and actionable next steps. Results can be shared with a physician through a downloadable report, and trends can be tracked over time—turning raw biomarker data into everyday guidance that connects directly to sleep, readiness, and activity.
“Health Panels are the next pivotal step in the evolution of ŌURA from a consumer wearable to a comprehensive health management platform,” said Holly Shelton, chief product officer at ŌURA. “By connecting results from Quest’s clinical lab testing with the continuous insights from Oura Ring, we’re moving beyond tracking to truly enabling proactive health management. Building on our work with integrating metabolic data, this is about giving our members a connected, 360-degree view of their health—one that’s personal, actionable, and capable of transforming how we approach prevention and longevity.”
