Quest AD-Detect: Introduced by Quest Diagnostics, this blood test also measures beta-amyloid proteins in your blood to determine your risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease. It does not determine if you have any genetic biomarkers for the disease. The test became available in May 2022, with a cost of $500. There is limited coverage by some health plans.
